Art is in the street

Well, one of the good thing in Australia, is you can find a lot of beautiful things everywhere you go: trees, beaches, flowers…and also birds.
At Angel Place, you can find Bird cages. It’s like a sculpture in the city, or when Art comes in the street. It’s really pretty, and the colours and the lights are always different. That depends at what time you come. That makes art achievable for everyone. I defenitely love it!
Life is a piece of cake

Look what I saw behind the windows of the store of Ghermez Cupcake on George Street. So positive and lovely cupcakes! I never tried, but I will for sure. Cause every time I walk in front of this bakery that make me smile:)

On the road again…again, road…

Photo call for “On The Road” presented at the 2012 Canes Film Festival, with Kristen Stewart et Kirsten Dunst.
Every time I look pictures of Kirsten Dunst, I found her just amazing. She can wear whatever she wants, she’s always so beautiful, elegant…just perfect! I love her hair ad her style. In this photo, everything matches perfectly: her dress from D&G, her astonishing shoes from Charlotte Olympia, and of course her very romantic chignon. But above everything, she seems such a lovely person, you can feel her sensibility in every pictures of her.
I want Light, Music and Ideas!

For the next few days, we’re having in Sydney a festival of light, music and idea! I saw the Rocks like I never did. I really liked the Opera house and the Museum of Contemporary Art. You can find all the information on this link : http://www.vividsydney.com/
Enjoy your nights in Sydney!
it’s oh so quiet
Betty Hutton-Annex
I really love the speech of the French Actress Bérénice Bejo at the opening-night event of the 65th Cannes Film Festival. So beautiful, and also so true! That makes me think about Betty Hutton, singing “it’s oh so quiet (…) And so peaceful until”

(…) And then there is the wait between the end, for those who make the film, and the beginning, for those who watch the film. A great emptiness, a silence.
And the noise begins again. The sound of laughs, of hearts, the sound of collectivity, of applause and the sound of Cannes, the cries of the photographers who scream your name. The cries of photographers who scream your name so that you get out of the way of their shots of Catherine Deneuve. The sound of Ferraris that roll in at 3 mph, stuck on the Boulevard de la Croisette. The sound of a helicopter landing on a yacht and and the sound of my voice, yelling, “Did you see that? There’s a helicopter landing on a yacht!”
And tonight, I stand before you.
So, I’ll speak: be quiet.
You who tell your child not to dream, that dreams don’t come true. Be quiet.
You who nit-pick, you who whine, you who would have wanted the film to be more like this or like that, you who make fun of all those who watch movies with the round eyes of children. Be quiet.
Men don’t cry? Be quiet.
Movies that don’t work, that are predictable? Be quiet.
Movies that work, as expected? Be quiet.
And above all… above all, you who answer your phones right in the middle. Be quiet.
And now, I am going to follow my own advice and be silent, letting cinema speak for itself, because it always has the last word.
Thank you.

Enjoy the silence …In Versailles!

US Vogue Cover,September 2006, Kirsten Dunst by Annie Leibovitz
I’m so happy to talk to you about one of my favourite place in Paris: Versailles! After the viewing of Chanel’s cruise collection in Versailles Palace the 14th of May, Dior uses the same place for his new video about the new spring/summer collection. How funny is it? But to tell you the truth this video is gorgeus! The choice of the music fits very well the clip created by Inez & Vinoodh. Regarding to the place, there is a similarity between the models running in the Hall of Mirrors & Charlize Theron with “j’adore Dior”. But Versailles , in 1955, inspired Christian Dior who nammed some of its clothes after this place….So that makes a lot of sense, especially with that collection!
